The purpose of this award is to enable the learner to develop the knowledge, skills and competence to work under supervision in a range of community health service settings or to progress to further and/or higher education and training. On successful completion of the of the required number of components, learners who reach the required standard will receive the following award: QQI Level 5 Certificate in Community Health Services 5M4468.

COURSE OVERSIGHT AND REQUIREMENTS:

Code – 5M4468
Learners will be required to achieve a minimum of 120 credits (eight components) to attain the full level 5 QQI major award in Community Health Services 5M4468. A maximum 15 credits may be used from level 4.
