Schola – 2022/2023

“The QQI  Level 5 Major Award in Community Health Services at WCP Mullingar, that I recently completed, was an awe-inspiring experience. The eight modules provided a journey that touched my heart and opened my mind to the dept of community health.

Each module had a unique beauty, like a colorful tapestry weaving together essential knowledge and practical skills. The program nurtured empathy, teaching us to understand and communicate with patients with care and respect.

The course emphasized the importance of healthcare management, ensuring effective and compassionate service delivery.
Throughout the journey, the dedication of the instructors, the administration and the support of fellow learners created a warm and nurturing environment. This sense of community enriched the learning experience, making it even more meaningful.

As I complete this Major Award, I feel inspired and ready to make a positive impact in the community. I am grateful for this beautiful journey and the knowledge that will stay with me forever..”

I recently completey QQI level 5 in communications. I am in my 50s and i was quiet nervous but i didnt need to be. Maureen and Fiona were our tutors and they were absolutely brilliant  . They guided us through the whole course and helped us out when we needed it. I met so many lovely people doing the course and we all encouraged each oother.  I have to say all the staff in the women’s community project were so nice and welcoming.

If you are thinking of taking a course here id say go for it you won’t regret it

Thank you so much for the Photography course which both the tutor Luke and the course itself and the fact we got cameras for the loan was brilliant to have them and be able to have them for the duration of the course.  We’ll want a refresher course after the Summer.  Also the Art course and the other day courses which I attended were very good so hopefully will be seeing you in September Thank you

M. Nolan
