Aisling Mortell Beglan
Training and Education Coordinator and Head of Quality Assurance
Aisling Mortell Beglan is Training and Education Coordinator and Head of Quality Assurance here at WCPM. Aisling has a background in Early Years and Special Needs Assisting and is a qualified trainer specializing in delivery of Childcare and SNA programmes, as well as training those who wish to become tutors.
Aisling holds a BA degree in Childcare and Management and is a qualified Special Needs Assistant. In her role, Aisling coordinates the courses run at WCPM, supports, and advises participants in their learning journey, works with tutors, manages the T&E team, and works on policy and procedures to ensure an ongoing, continuous process of monitoring, evaluating and enhancing the quality of practices at WCPM.

Denise O’Neill
Assistant to Coordinator
With over 15 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, a BBs in Front office and tourism management and a BBs in tourism and Hospitality Management, Denise joined WCP in August 2022 as assistant to the Project Coordinator.
Bringing with her many years of extensive customer service, IT, administrative and management skills, and experience.
WCP holds an important place in Denise’s heart, as a child she attended summer camps and many other social groups and events in the Parish centre. During her teenage years Denise was involved with Homecare services and worked many functions in centre with the parish and Sr Finbar. Denise plays a major role in helping WCP to connect with the local community through digital platforms and community events.

Violeta Bobyleva
Assistant Training and Education Coordinator
Violeta Bobyleva is the Assistant Training & Education Coordinator, with responsibility over the financial affairs of the Department. Violeta is the first point of contact for our learners who may not speak English as a first language as she is fluent in other languages and can support learners in all their needs. She started to work as a participant on a CE Scheme in August 2016 as an Office Assistant. While on the scheme, she successfully achieved her QQI level 5 major award in Business Administration. After working as Office Assistant, she has held her current position for 3 years.
Violeta holds a Level 8 degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, a Level 7 degree in Business Management and Administration, and a Level 6 award in Office Administration.

Mary McKnight
CE Supervisor
Mary McKnight is a CE supervisor with Womens Community Projects since 2000, initially with responsibility for 20+ CE participants providing support, guidance, and training towards their chosen careers with progression to employment after CE but most importantly building effective relationships with all participants over the years.
Mary supervisory role within the programme is overseeing Human Resources Management, Administration, and participants monitoring and progression.
Mary holds a Diploma in Management and Counselling with the National Counselling Institute of Ireland, Certificate in Supervisory Development (FAS) with the National College of Ireland, Certificate in Adult and Community Education level 8 with NUI Maynooth, Certificate in Computerised Accounts City & Guilds Pitman qualification, Train the Trainer FETAC level 6, Childcare Supervision FETEC level 6, Childcare FETEC level 5, Healthcare Support FETAC level 5, Community and Health Services FETEC level 5, Strategic Human Resource Management QQI level 6 with Baldoyle ETBs (ongoing)

Louise Matthews
CE Supervisor Training and Employment Co-Ordinator
Louise is an experienced adult education professional and QQI Tutor with a generalist career in training, learning and development, and managerial background.
The main aim of Louise’s role is to provide guidance, support and mentoring throughout the CE participants education and career journey in the CE Programme in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Louise hold’s a BA in Working with Children, Youth and their Families and certificates in Management and Leadership, Training and Community Education, Community Care and Mental Health.

Cepta Dolan
Community Employment Supervisor
Cepta is a Qualified Accountant Technician with many years of experience in all aspects of finance.
She Joined Women’s Community Projects in October 2016, looking after the financial and administration of the scheme in line with accounting procedures and in accordance with DSP Policies.
In her role, Cepta supports, coaches, and encourages CE Participants in gaining the skills and competencies for employment.

Valerie Walsh
Childcare Manager
Valerie joined WCP in May 2015 as the Pre School Co Ordinator and took over the role of Childcare Manager in April 2017, she coordinates all areas of childcare, while also managing the 20 staff on a day-to-day basis.

Joanne Watters
Childcare Assistant Manager
Joanne joined WCP Childcare as a childcare assistant in 2007 and since then has progressed to Room Leader, Supervisor and in April 2022 became Assistant Manager. Joanne’s role is to support the Manager in the daily running of the facility and also in the management of staff.

Valerie Tuite
Childcare Supervisor
Valerie’s role is to support the staff and the children in the rooms and to support parents with any issues or queries they may have. Valerie has been working with WCP Childcare for almost 20 years. Valerie started in April 2003 working as a childcare assistant before progressing to a Room Leader and in 2022 progressed to Childcare Supervisor.

Fiona Guilfoyle
Childcare Finance Administrator
Fiona is with us 22 years; she plays a vital role in the administration of the different schemes, funding and finance.
